When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom orders and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be discussed with you before your order is confirmed.
Please note that dispatch times may be extended during busy periods, seasonal holidays, or promotional events.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer both standard and express delivery options at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: A cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.
- Express Delivery: A faster shipping service for customers who need their order sooner.
Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Does express delivery speed up the creation of custom orders?
Express delivery applies to the shipping method only and does not reduce the production time for custom or made-to-order pieces unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability and delivery times vary depending on your location. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where applicable.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Gift Packaging
Will my jewellery arrive gift wrapped?
Yes. Every order is beautifully gift wrapped as standard at no additional cost.
Your jewellery will arrive carefully packaged in a presentation box or gift pouch, ready to give as a thoughtful gift or enjoy as a special treat for yourself.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout.
If you would like to include a personal gift message, please leave your note at checkout and we will include it with your order where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned in their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Are custom orders refundable?
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made and bespoke jewellery, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made with the order.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Jewellery Care
Will my jewellery tarnish over time?
Precious metals, particularly sterling silver, may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and everyday products. This is a normal process and can usually be removed with a soft polishing cloth.
