Custom Orders

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty. Once work has begun on a custom piece, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing times shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

The Crystal Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. Customers must ensure their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, earrings and custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery regarding any issues with their order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
